Job : Business Analyst

Responsibilities :
• Collection and analysis of information on consumers, competitors and market place, and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
• Candidate should be able to understand business objectives and design research to discover customers’ requirements.
• Candidate should be able to work on multiple projects based on the requirements and ensure high performance, maintain high quality standards and meet project-based targets.
• Preparing Benchmarking reports which includes Peer comparison and other data analysis, as commodity reports.
• Conduct secondary research in the assigned sectors.
• Build in-depth understanding of the companies in the assigned sectors like coal trading, biomass and their prices internationally and domestic and how various factors can derive their prices, demand & supply.
• Expected to develop a knowledge base for trends, news, fresh content from creators etc. Should be able to write on content on Fuel Industry such as Coal, Biomass., Write Insight Reports and Collate News from different source.

Job : Tele Calling Executive

Responsibilities :
• Initiate the telephonic conversation with the potential clients for Onboarding on the platform.
• Understand the customers requirement and pitch accordingly.
• Verify the customer’s data through cold calling.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Associates will be required to make & receive calls from new/existing customers for support and acquiring new customers.
